About James I. Bond

James is a specialist in consumer behavior and behavioral management. He’s also expert in the business disciplines of marketing, management and strategic planning.

For thirteen years he ran one of the West Coast’s most prestigious training and behavioral management firms, employing both PhDs in psychology and organizational development, and consultants from the nation’s top consulting organizations. Clients included many of the largest companies in the world, including Amgen, Gannett Media, Tenet Healthcare, British GE, and others.

Mr. Bond has been a workshop chairman for SCORE, the resource partner of the U.S. Small Business Administration, and is a workshop presenter, and a senior marketing and Internet marketing counselor for SCORE.

He has created many marketing websites, including MarketingForTopCoaches.com, which focuses specifically on the common challenges that coaches, advisers and self-employed entrepreneurs face when marketing.

Mr. Bond is also the founder of The Father-Daughter Project™ and author of the breakthrough relationship book, The Secret Life of Fathers.

James is the father of four children, a son age 30 and three daughters age 19 through 26. He and his wife of 35 years, Pam, reside in Thousand Oaks, California.
